MLB Team Franchise PMS Colors

When baseball is in season, we have a hard time getting our heads out of the game and back into the office (and to be honest with you – we’ve been spending a little too much time at Coors Field lately. ! Go Rockies !).

Inspired by our love of baseball and your love of our NFL colors post, we did our best to hunt down* the Pantone colors for every MLB team franchise, handily organized by division.

For the Adobe users out there, we also created an ASE (Adobe Swatch Exchange) file just for you! So load up your favorite Adobe program, import your colors and start making graphics for your favorite team (but only if that team is the Rockies!).

    Hello,
Do you happen to have the PMS colors for the College football teams? If not, any suggestions on how I can hunt them down? 🙂
    Many thanks,
    Heather

      Hi Heather –
Unfortunately, haven’t researched college teams for either football or baseball. I do have a set of NFL color’s here: https://www.designfiles.net/blog/nfl-team-colors/ though.
I gathered them together through google searches, and some of the teams have full media guides and/or brand standards listing their colors. I am guessing that you can do the same for the college teams. If you do, please be sure to let me know and I would love to add them to our collections! Either way, let me know what you find out =)

what are the pms colors for the MLB logo?

      Hi Joel –
Keep in mind the colors are not exact unless the team released them to the public. All of my colors are best guesses based on the PMS swatch book and team graphics. For the MLB logo itself, I would say the blue is 2758 and the red is 186
