Restaurant Discount Warehouse: Clarifying a Brand Promise
Our relationship with Restaurant Discount Warehouse started with a focus on site improvement for conversion optimization with our partners at Inflow. After an initial review of the brand, it became clear that RDW was in need of a re-brand in order to obtain the full benefits of a modern site.
The existing brand based on their existing logo—dating back from when the company products were limited to guest checks. The RDW brand had evolved over the years to accommodate the changes in the industry, and their customer’s needs. Our challenge was to update the brand visuals to reflect that growth, maintain brand ambassadorship with existing customers, and present the brand through the web design.

Leveraging RDWs existing brand backbone, we created a new logo and graphic style for the company. The logo is focused on industry associations, and presents in two formats to allow RDW flexibility and brand continuity across various media outlets.
Working closely with Inflow’s conversion team, we crafted a new responsive design for the site, in addition to working through new processes for presenting some of their more complex products in a streamlined online ordering experience.
